The lack of a transparent communication system between the residents and their corresponding local authorities causes trouble to the general public, where the response to reported issues is very slow, and the problems themselves go unnoticed for a long time. The app’s aim is to fill in that communication gap between the residents and their respective authorities by providing a resilient and fast communication system, through which users can view existing issues, report if necessary with ease and also track the progress.
